Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving performance targets. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage a team, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
