What the Accounting Manager will do?

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and efficient processes.
• Provide leadership to AR and AP clerks, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating workload distribution.
• Collaborate on annual budgets, monitor performance, and implement optimization strategies.
• Analyze budget variances, identify root causes, and propose/implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and review accurate journal entries, ensuring adherence to accounting principles.
• Coordinate and execute closing processes, reconcile accounts, and generate financial statements.
• Collaborate with auditors, prepare audit documentation, and implement audit recommendations.

What is needed in the Accounting Manager?

• Bachelors degree in related industry preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Experience supervising staff is a Plus but not required
• Experience working within hospitality industry i.e. hotels, restaurants, etc.
