CP Construction & Investment is Hiring a Property Manager Near Seattle, WA

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property management, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance.

Duties:

- Negotiate and execute leases with prospective tenants

- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction

- Enforce lease agreements and handle lease violations or evictions when necessary

- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs and renovations as needed

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

- Manage property budgets and financial performance, including rent collection and expense control

- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates

- Stay up-to-date with local laws, regulations, and market trends affecting the property management industry

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures

- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and fair housing guidelines

- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills

- Customer relationship management abilities to build rapport with tenants and address their needs effectively

- Proficient in contract management and lease administration

- Demonstrated sales skills to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
