Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales protocols and training programs that will help increase sales force productivity and performance

· Take on the management and training of your assigned region and sales team

· Actively train and develop future leaders

· Take part in continuous education and training opportunities to hone your craft and build a positive, self growth-centered team atmosphere

· Represent Panda Exteriors and our partner companies professionally while helping to raise awareness of solar power in your region

Qualifications:

· Previous sales management and extensive sales experience in the construction industry

· Proven track record and references

· Ability to provide consistent feedback to your employees both in the field and on a scheduled basis

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Experience with commission-based compensation packages a plus

· Knowledge of various CRM platforms a plus

· Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with team members and leaders
