The hotel is part of the Parcel 1B project, a transit-oriented development and the first large-scale workforce housing project in the “Changing City: Boston 2030” plan. With its chic and urban design, the hotel offers 2,500 square feet of meeting space. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Human Resources at Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown-North Station. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
