Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within target industries. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Understand their staffing needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to understand candidate profiles and align them with client requirements. Provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure successful placements.
• Client Satisfaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, leadership or similar environment
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and cold call and work autonomously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver license free from repetitive or serious violations
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and internet
