To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in the development of Integrations related to our new group purchasing platform. This solution aims to simplify transactions for our members, enabling them to easily realize savings while automatically feeding key data between our internal and supplier systems. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the user engagement strategy, both in the short-term and long-term, to deliver the best overall product experience as we begin integrating with our customers, partners, and third-party vendors to connect their overall journeys and deliver key insights as it relates to usage and performance. This includes synthesizing research, developing roadmap strategies and requirements, and ensuring that the platform meets business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and our ambitious business goals
- Research and Insight: Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to uncover opportunities and identify potential risks. Cultivate a deep understanding of customer and market demands to inform product development
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support—to ensure the platform not only meets but exceeds business objectives
- Specification and Prioritization: Craft detailed product specifications and prioritize feature development to ensure a clear understanding and efficient execution by the engineering and design teams
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Release Planning and Metrics: Manage product release plans, setting and managing expectations for the delivery of new functionalities. Monitor success metrics post-launch and iterate based on feedback and performance data
- Advocacy and Communication: Act as a champion for the product internally and externally, effectively communicating its value and updates to all stakeholders
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and management
- Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of the technology behind product development, especially in integration technologies such as SFTP, EDI, and APIs. Ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts is crucial.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to dive into data, draw insights, and make informed decisions that drive product strategy
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion, balancing multiple priorities without compromising on quality
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders; ability to articulate ideas, strategies, and feedback clearly is essential
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, drives success in meeting deadlines and efficiently managing workload
