If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our growing team as our Product Manager, Engagement & Growth! In this position, you'll own the user lifecycle from acquisition to retention, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience at each touchpoint. More than just analyzing data, you'll translate insights into actionable strategies and own the execution of impactful experiments.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the customer journey: Analyze user behavior, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and build user personas to identify key pain points and opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize for conversion and retention: Design and implement A/B tests, user flows, and engagement campaigns to improve account creation, subscription conversion, and overall user engagement.
  • Own the user lifecycle funnel: Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize the user experience from onboarding to post-purchase engagement.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making: Leverage analytics tools and data visualization to track key metrics, measure the impact of initiatives, and inform future optimization strategies.
  • Be a voice of the customer: Proactively gather user feedback through surveys, interviews, beta communities, and user testing to ensure product decisions are aligned with user needs and desires.
  • Own product roadmaps and execution: Define user-centric features and improvements, prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities to drive user growth and retention.
Experience & Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • A data-driven problem solver with a passion for understanding user behavior and translating insights into action.
  • A hands-on product owner with experience designing and executing experiments, A/B tests, and user research initiatives.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator who can effectively translate data and insights into actionable strategies for cross-functional teams.
  • A creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
  • Experience with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a plus.
  • Experience in the streaming media or entertainment space is a plus.
  • A person that others are enthusiastic about having joined their projects and teams. We just don’t want to work with jerks or people who don't make the team more enjoyable by their presence.
  • A consensus builder, someone who can pull together various teams, disciplines and experts to get the best outcomes possible. You have to thread the needle of both being a product owner of the user lifecycle, while also serving fellow product owners who lead platform initiatives. Can you lead and serve?
