Cordis is Hiring a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote)
This position can be remote, with East Coast time zone preferred.
- Review assigned IDN accounts daily for action planning on all past due invoices
- Communicate directly with IDN counterparts (AP and Purchasing) to set expectations/deadlines for action
- Lead dispute resolution process with all internal teams by taking ownership and maximizing accountability
- Ensure all accounts are ‘clean’ and maintained to minimize confusion and maximize collections
- Escalate and communicate issues preventing collection to supervisor and sales team as necessary
- Recommend accounts for credit hold when all other avenues have been exhausted
- Prepare and drive weekly portfolio and metrics review with supervisor for continuous improvement and training
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance OR equivalent years of related experience
- 3-5 years of related experience, required
- Experience with analytics and data sets, preferred
- Strong Excel skills preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE, NetSuite, etc.) as a user a significant plus
