For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $$105,000 to $160,000 yearly. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.

Our Donor Gametes business supports those seeking to realize their dreams of creating a family, and specifically serves the LGBTQ community, independent parents, and those with fertility challenges in need of donor sperm and/or donor eggs.

This role supports the Senior Director of Brand and Product Marketing, Donor Gametes in the development and execution of various B2B strategies, marketing programs and initiatives to grow Egg & Sperm sales/referrals within the HCP community. The ideal candidate has experience leveraging insights to define and develop strategies in the healthcare space, managing and leading brands, executing comprehensive B2B marketing plans, and analyzing results and research findings. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with agencies and internal creative, media, web, operations, and sales teams as well as project stakeholders at all levels across multiple brands throughout the business are required.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Act as a brand champion to represent and build our donor gamete brands within the CooperSurgical (CSI) Fertility Solutions portfolio. Engage internal and external B2B audiences to create brand awareness and promote our products and services.
  • Work closely with CSI Global Marketing team to create strategic donor gametes communications that align with the global CSI Fertility Solutions marketing and brand strategy, and leverage our Donor Gamete brand differentiators for this audience.
  • Develop key value propositions, brand strategies, and messaging/proof points for the B2B audience, and lead in the development of insight-led Creative Briefs.
  • Partner with CSI Fertility Solutions Field Sales teams, Donor Egg Bank USA clinic liaisons, and donor gametes leadership to glean insights, monitor sales, and implement projects that support reaching monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to support short and long-term clinic/physician referrals and revenue growth; work with creative Project Manager to manage timelines and stakeholder alignment to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Bring new revenue-driving ideas and initiatives to life and collaborate with cross-functional marketing team to execute all types of projects including digital/websites, paid media, influencers, partnerships, social, branding, video, surveys, collateral, promotions, events, CRM/email, analytics, program/product launches, and international expansion.
  • Work with the extended team to track and report on ROI for marketing initiatives according to channel KPIs, industry best practices and project goals and objectives; execute a “test and learn” approach to uncover B2B audience insights and continuously apply learnings.
  • Proactively communicate with business leaders across all of CSI Fertility Solutions to present ideas and work, manage expectations, share results, and move projects forward.
  • Lead the development of an annual B2B marketing plan and manage budgets to support key business objectives and growth.
  • Develop creative ways of gaining B2B audience insights and information where data gaps exist (surveys, focus groups, events, etc.).
  • Work with the web team to manage website content updates and develop the B2B journey across cryobank.com and donoreggbankusa.com
  • P artner with CSI team to create a CRM strategy and develop B2B CRM database, leveraging existing CSI, California Cryobank and Donor Egg Bank USA contacts; collaborate with the CRM/email team to create messaging for B2B audiences.
  • Analyze brand performance within the competitive environment and recommend actions to address opportunities and risks.
  • Contribute business growth and innovation ideas as you learn the business.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • 10 years marketing or agency experience
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and apply them on a tactical level
  • Experience and familiarity with strategic frameworks and brand development
  • Proven ability to develop insights and leverage in creative ways
  • Experience executing integrated marketing plans and measuring results
  • B2B, healthcare and/or reproductive marketing industry experience
  • Stellar project management skills and the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of proactive communication
  • Self-starter ready to jump in and take ownership of projects and initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with managing budgets
  • Working knowledge of the creative process
  • Experience working with outside partners, agencies and vendors
  • Strong overall leadership skills, experience managing a team, and the ability to create a positive work environment
