For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $$105,000 to $160,000 yearly. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.

This role supports the Senior Director of Brand and Product Marketing, Donor Gametes in the development and execution of various B2B strategies, marketing programs and initiatives to grow Egg & Sperm sales/referrals within the HCP community. The ideal candidate has experience leveraging insights to define and develop strategies in the healthcare space, managing and leading brands, executing comprehensive B2B marketing plans, and analyzing results and research findings. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with agencies and internal creative, media, web, operations, and sales teams as well as project stakeholders at all levels across multiple brands throughout the business are required.
