What does a Senior Project Manager do?
Reporting into the office of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the success of the project(s) which is singularly accomplished through employing project management techniques to manage the triple constraints, risk matrix, and client relationships. The Project Manager is a team builder with the skillset to delegate tasks, motivate their team, resolve conflict, and ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
A successful Senior Project Manager should have the following prerequisite knowledge, skills, abilities, and qualifications -
Project Manager experience and education requirements.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and 5- 10 years structural ground up experience and knowledge of all phases of the building construction process from pre – construction through closeout. Project Manager at Constructable should also be able to present technical and complex information in a simplified manner to different leaders and stakeholders. Some travel will be required.
