Elevation Land Solutions has a unique opportunity for a confident, passionate, innovative professional looking for a growth opportunity with a progressive land development civil engineering firm. Our next Project Coordinator will be a key team member in supporting process and system improvements while working closely with various levels of firm management. This position is an important contributor to the Project Accounting team.
This employee is responsible for supporting the Project Accounting (PA) team in servicing the needs of the Project Managers (PM) and the accounting department. This employee is a member of the Project Accounting team reporting to the Project Accounting Manager. This employee will receive training in specific support job functions from the accounting department. The workload/priorities for this employee are set by Project Accounting Manager.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS OUR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR LOOKS LIKE THIS:
· Assists with any coordination between the developer, outside consultants, and contractors as the PM deems appropriate.
· Organizing project team meetings and client meetings and recording minutes.
· Responds to client’s requests in a professional and timely manner, to ensure customer satisfaction to the greatest extent possible. Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
· Assists in conducting research, composing memos and letters, and preparing presentations to include materials for management, City Council, and the public for purposes of legislative, municipal, or community relations.
· Attends meetings in various locations such as job sites, at City or County offices, City or County Council meetings for specific projects to support the PMs as needed.
· Assist with review, quality control, and coordination of submittal packages including permit applications, consultant studies, plans, plats, easements, and other project related documents.
· Attend submittal meetings or make pick-ups/drop-offs as needed.
· Work with the PM to maintain and establish project schedules to attain project entitlements, plan approval, plat recordation and project closeout. Proactively coordinate with the PM and other divisions to ensure deadlines are met.
· Assist PM in proposal and contract writing.
· Process Project Division Managers expense reports and company credit cards.
· Assist DMs and PMs with travel arrangements, schedules, and meetings.
· Assist PA, PM and Accounting with training and process documentation.
· Assist Accounting with vendor invoice processing and coding.
· Other duties as assigned by the accounting department.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum High School Diploma, associate degree or higher preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
ERP experience
4 years of relevant experience
Experience in construction, engineering, architectural or related industries preferred.
