Responsibilities:
- Oversees ordering and inventory management.
- Monitor and control inventory items to accounting by verifying stock.
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price, obtaining recommendations from accounting and laboratory needs.
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers
- Help authorize payment for accounting by forwarding receiving documentation.
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Stocking laboratory supplies as needed.
- Notify manager for any delays in orders.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
