Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for profitable new sales within an assigned portfolio of accounts across a geographic region. The Business Development Manager will be marketing/selling staffing services to include - temporary, temp to perm, and/or direct hire positions for a variety of complex and non-complex roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*** Prior experience working within a staffing industry
*** 3 years of sales in a consultative selling environment
*** HUNTER mindset coupled with the ability to Farm withing existing portfolio, ability to cold call
*** Strong presentation skills and communications skills
*** Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight
