We are seeking a Lead Finance Manager to join one of our stores.

This candidate will incorporate Excellent Communication skills, with both the team and our sales staff.

Must have extensive experience with working with Lenders and Compliance and have an above average Work Ethic.

The job includes managing our partner relationships, leading the business office team, and ensuring that proper procedures are being followed to benefit the dealership.

The Finance Manger is responsible for structure and performance by revenue generation as well as processing of accurate and clean data.

We do offer a 5-day work week and believe in the balance of professional commitment and time off.

This is not a position for those without experience, or those with only a limited time in the position.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve profitability

- Develop strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives

- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions

**Experience:**

- Strong knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations

- Proficiency in upselling financial products

- Experience in sales and customer service

- Solid understanding of basic math principles

- Familiarity with loan processing and credit analysis

- Knowledge of title processing procedures

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
