Pay Rate: $120,000-140,000 annually (BOE)
Summary:
The Finance Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, from budgeting and forecasting to accounting and reporting. You will be a key strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive profitability.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
Monitor financial performance against budget and report variances to management.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives.
Analyze market trends and identify potential financial risks and opportunities.
Financial Reporting & Accounting:
Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and reports.
Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial functions.
Internal Controls & Risk Management:
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes and procedures.
Management & Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
Experience with ERP systems and accounting software preferred.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
