Qualifications:
- - 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles
- - Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles
- - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- - Proven leadership and team management experience
- All general ledger input/management/reconciliation (using E2 ERP system)
- Payroll administration (using Centerpoint)
- Invoicing and paying taxes
- Insurance selection and management
- 401K administration
- Some HR responsibilities (filing Workman's Comp, assisting employees file for and receive benefits)
- Time sheet reconciliation
- Purchase order monitoring
- General office administration
