Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process

- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions

- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices

- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:

- Upselling: Ability to promote additional financial products or services to customers.

- 10 key typing: Proficiency in using the numeric keypad for data entry.

- Title processing: Experience in handling the documentation required for vehicle title transfers.

- Loan processing: Familiarity with the loan application process and associated paperwork.

- Customer relationship management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Financial services: Understanding of various financial products and services offered by the company.

- Automotive sales: Knowledge of sales techniques specific to the automotive industry.

- Dealership: Familiarity with dealership operations, including financing options.

- Math: Strong mathematical skills for analyzing financial data and performing calculations.
