We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivables Specialist who will take part in carrying out the collections responsibilities of the department.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer relations pertaining to accounting matters
• Process Accounts Receivables chargeback
• Prepare and monitors Accounts Receivables Aging
• Receive, verify and validate invoices for correct information and approval with G/L coding including a 3-way match for production-related invoices
• Research and work with other departments and customers to resolve invoice discrepancies, claims, and receivable issues
• Resolve any discrepancies
• Track and analyze customer credits
• Track expenses
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Accounts Receivables reconciliation and collections
• Accounts Receivables cash receipt postings
• Prepare reports and analysis as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of Accounting experience, with emphasis in Accounts Receivable in a construction industry preferred.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel).
• A minimum of three years' experience with QuickBooks software is desirable.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work performed
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from executive team
• Works well under pressure, ability to meet deadlines and thrive in fast paced environment
• Highly organized, trustworthy, and self-directed
• Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently and with good judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
