Overview:

We are seeking an entry level Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for various financial tasks, including invoicing, collections, and general accounting tasks from the Cheif Accounting Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with excel functions. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Duties:

- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including invoicing, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes

- Assist with the preparation of reports and invoicing

- Ensure compliance with client contracts and budgets

- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience, preferred, not required)

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting or related field

- Experience with Microsoft Office, mainly excel.

- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
