Team Intro:
The Accounting and Reporting function owns the GL accounting and oversees the month to end closing procedures. We work across various accounting projects, providing technical support and ensuring all statutory requirements are compliant, including preparation of financial statements and liaison with external auditors.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing contracts, funds&refunds and invoices, and continuously supporting monthly accounts closing work
• Cooperate with business partners, provide professional financial judgement and support for new scenarios or special activities
• Identify, overview and report risks in daily work, and proactively engage in following up solutions
• Actively promote the optimization and construction of the business and finance system
• Analysis of business areas and recognition of revenue anomalies based on business or accounting data
• Accomplishing ad-hoc requests by stakeholders

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance or relevant majors
• 5 years of work experience in Finance
• Possess sound professional skills and proper judgment; own strong logical thinking and communication skills
• Passionate about work, have a strong sense of responsibility and a good teamwork spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with revenue in large internet companies or in the e-commerce or LIVE industry
• Working proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus as this role will have close contact with global Mandarin speaking counterparts

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $160444 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
