Randstad is Hiring an Administrative assistant Near Louisville, KY

A client of ours in the manufacturing industry located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position is responsible for supporting the sales department with order entry, order follow up, customer relations, and administrative responsibilities. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
  • Support business-to-business sales and application support of commercial, intuitional, health care and industrial heating / ventilating / air conditions (HVAC) equipment from partner companies
  • Interact with a wide range of facilities, clients, contractors and engineers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Read floor plans and specifications for many different types of facilities
  • Enter sales orders and process orders accordingly
  • Follow up with customers and providing ETA and information regarding deadlines
