Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Benefits Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and concerns
- Assist employees with enrollment, changes, and terminations of benefit plans
- Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit claims
- Maintain employee benefit records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS system
- Prepare and distribute benefit communications and materials to employees
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to employee benefits
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement new benefit programs or enhancements
- Assist in the preparation of annual benefit plan audits and compliance reporting
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental office or healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of benefit plan design, administration, and compliance regulations
- Familiarity with phone systems and computerized scheduling systems is a plus

Pay: $25.00 per hour
