Job Summary:

CTS Mobility has an available full-time position for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in our Austin, TX Office. This role supports the strategic direction and associated activities and projects of the marketing department. This position actively engages in marketing across multiple platforms. The position reports directly to the CTS Senior Manager – Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Ambassador:

· Represent and support the CTS brand, providing “refresh” as appropriate.

· Understand CTS brand and brand values and align this with marketing activities & collateral.

· Understand core concepts of the business and how they relate to best marketing practices.

· Design/oversee the design of new logos/branding items.

· Analyze Brand messaging for what works, what does not work, best practices, and industry trends.

· Assist in obtaining content for the quarterly newsletter; insert content into formatted material.

· Proactively engage with content, implement changes, edit, and recommend improvements.

Campaign Specialist (Digital Marketing)

· Responsible for customer engagement through a variety of platforms and activities

· Track ROI related to campaign activities.

· Design regular social media posts using a variety of methods to actively engage with an audience.

· Maintain Corporate social media pages.

· Create & maintain a monthly content release calendar with a variety of activities across platforms.

· Design and deploy social media campaigns.

· Provide consistent, accurate, and insightful reporting for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

· Understand partner initiatives and priorities and how they tie into CTS Social Strategy

· Understand how to pull select customer base(s) from NetSuite to use for marketing campaigns.

· Utilize NetSuite and other tools to analyze Campaign Results

· Assist in promoting events (pre- and post-event) through social media channels.

· Expand customer base and reach and show tangible results through formal analytics.

· Understand, and keep up to date on social trends and engagement best practices.

Graphics/Content/Collateral Guru

· Keep a repository of internal, partner collateral, and co-branded materials (SharePoint)

· Train sales on marketing processes, new collateral deployment, and other activities

· Assist in interpreting sales requests and translating them into engaging content.

· Assist in video & podcast development and alignment to overall marketing strategy.

· Leverage different collateral types to meet the needs of the sales team.

MISC

· Assist in training and support of junior-level resources.

· Assist the Head of Marketing with all marketing activities as assigned; help drive key initiatives.

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs)

· Assist with website changes/updates (maintenance)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Ability to lead, communicate, and share knowledge effectively.

· Familiarity with NetSuite/NetSuite CRM preferred.

· Knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices

· Excellent verbal and written skills

· Ability to multi-task and juggle shifting priorities.

Job Type:

Full Time.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
