Job Summary
The Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery is looking for an organized practice manager to run the day-to-day operations of our single surgeon, cash-only (i.e., no insurance) private aesthetic surgery practice, med-spa, and surgical suite. Candidate must also have a track record of having a key role in successful business expansion in this or a related field.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day management of the office, med-spa, and surgical suite
• Be responsible for all aspects of human resources to include recruiting, onboarding, training, supervising, evaluating, scheduling, managing vacations, and setting up log-in accounts
• Maintain employee files and ensure all employees, as applicable, are up to date on HIPAA, OSHA, ACLS, and medical certifications
• Will oversee and manage the business operations of the practice
• Scheduling of facility maintenance/certifications
• Assist in maintenance of certification of the AAAASF surgical suite
• Inventory control and ordering
• Execute bi-weekly payroll
• Be responsible for daily cash reconciliation and making deposits as necessary
• Maintain legal compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Will have accountability for the financial goals of the practice and will work with marketing director to make sure these goals are being met
• Will take on an active role in aggressive business expansion

• Nextech EMR (electronic medical record) experience a plus

Education/ Experience Requirements
• 3-5 years of medical practice management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Travel Requirements
• None except for occasional trip to the bank
About the Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery
The Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery was founded by Dr. Lind in 2015. He quickly narrowed the focus of his practice and he has now become a leader in modern breast and body aesthetic surgery. As of 2020, the office now exists as a free-standing location with clinic space, two full AAAASF accredited operating rooms, and a full-service med spa. This full-service office is located in Spring, TX about 25 minutes north of Houston.
