We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Assistant to join our team. The Billing Assistance will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. This role requires strong administrative skills.
Compass Therapy Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Full Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to work in a friendly and vibrant work environment. We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who is detail-oriented to join our busy office staff. Duties:
- Review and process billing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Conduct regular audits of billing processes to identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerk role, preferably in a billing or finance department
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities
- Proficient in Excel
