Compass Equipment Finance’s mission is to provide access to affordable truck and trailer financing to small fleet owners and individual owner operators in partnership with our vast dealership network.
The position is responsible for generating quality applications for indirect commercial equipment installment contracts from the Midwest Region in the transportation sector. This is accomplished through the maintenance of current dealer relationships as well as growing the market through building new relationships with franchise and independent dealerships.
In this role, the Representative is responsible for promoting the current program, following up on potential deals, reviewing and improving dealership efficiency and when needed addressing any identified issues. The Representative is also expected to be the primary advocate for both the dealership and internal credit staff to ensure all parties are effectively communicating and working together.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Location: Midwest Region
Required Education: High School or equivalent.
Required Experience: Previous product or service sales success; industry knowledge preferred.
