The Intake and Stabilization Manager, under the supervision of the Director of Community Services, will oversee the management of disaster response and financial coaching and its supporting teams. Oversight will include program compliance, continued improvement and development of policies and procedures, program sustainability through fundraising and development goals, identification of funding sources, grant writing and outreach strategies. The Intake and Stabilization Manager manages staff in the day to day performance of their jobs. The Intake and Stabilization Manager will ensure that the department objectives are met, adheres to approved budgets and meets and contributes to the agency’s mission and goals. This position holds authority for department personnel actions and will have extensive knowledge of department processes.
