As an Administrative Assistant 1 with the Bureau of Consumer Services, you will be working directly with the managers and supervisors of the Customer Assistance and Complaints Division on a wide range of assignments. You will prepare routine reports, analyze processes, assist with on-boarding new staff, coordinate training, process incoming correspondence, and much more. This position will report directly to the Customer Assistance and Complaints Division Chiefs.
