Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at the new Coa Del Mar in Eagle, ID. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary arts, have experience in food service management, and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Develop and create innovative menu items while maintaining consistency in taste and quality
- Train kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with our Executive Chef to plan and execute special events or menu promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, shift management, and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification from a culinary institute or relevant field is a plus
