CLUST'R Division is Hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant Near Arlington, VA

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive's Outlook calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to executives and other team members
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide timely responses
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- SharePoint experience, Task Management Tool (TMT), Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Utilize DocuSign or similar software to process electronic signatures
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

MUST HAVE

-Bachelors Degree in office Administration or Business with at least a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with DOD Headquarters or Federal Headquarters staff level work

**Air Force and or DOD experience is preferred**

**Must have active TOP Secret Security Clearance**

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

This is a long term contract to perm position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
