Cinepolis USA is Hiring a Corporate HR Manager Near Dallas, TX

The Corporate Shared Services Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to various departments within the organization. This role involves collaborating with HR teams and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective HR solutions in areas such as employee retirement management, workers compensation administration, compensation, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance. The Corporate Shared Services HR Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring consistent HR practices and processes across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Shared Services:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers compensation administration, leave of absence programs, compensation, and other employee programs.
  • Manage the internal and external annual open enrollment process
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.
  • Manage national workers compensation claims and the interactive process.

HRIS Management:

  • Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases with employee information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Provide training and support to HR and other staff on HRIS usage and best practices.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage all national leave of absence claims.
  • Stay informed about changes in legislation affecting HR practices and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Assist in audits and investigations related to HR compliance matters.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within HR shared services.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to implement enhancements to HR processes and systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline HR service delivery to meet organizational needs.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to deliver seamless HR services and support.
  • Manage the HR Generalist role.
  • Manage global HR projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry as a proven HR leader
  • Experience managing Human Resources within multiple locations and nationwide
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
