Job Summary: This position is the on-site leader of our corporate fitness center. The Program Manager oversees day to day operations of the site, acts as a leader for other staff members, instructs Group Exercise classes, conducts personal training sessions, and maintains a positive, professional relationship with the property management team.

Typical Job Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Establishing and maintaining a positive, consultative relationship with the property management team
• Achieving site’s monthly and annual goals
• Ensuring contract compliance with all program deliverables (Group Exercise, personal training, recovery sessions)
• Leading dynamic, safe, and fun Group Exercise classes
• Lead members through targeted, specific, and safe Personal Training sessions.
• Growing Personal Training program
• Quickly addressing and resolving all facility issues
• Hiring and training new staff members and Group Exercise instructors
• Develop and implement programs to drive engagement and participation growth.
• Manage membership feedback or complaints and respond to all comments within 24 hours via phone, email, or personal meeting (delegate when necessary)
• Focus on quality member service, the latest trends in the fitness industry, and innovative fitness programming.
• Assist in the development, promotion, management and scheduling the logistics for fitness center programming including health education, wellness screenings, group fitness classes, and tenant engagement events.
• Ensure compliance with our internal quality assurance programs.
• Ensure Trophy Fitness initiatives and standards of operation are upheld at the client location.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably in a fitness related profession
• Current Personal Training certification
• Current CPR / AED certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
