Spark Orthodontics has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant

Our busy practice is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and a detail oriented individual with the desire to provide excellent service to our patients. As part of our team, it is essential that you have a positive attitude, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and convey a professional image.

Pay: starting at $16/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:10a - 5:30p 1-2 Fridays per month.

Location: Must be able to reliably commute between our Lancaster and York locations

• Answer the phones and greet visitors in a timely manner.
• Gather information that is relevant to the callers and respond appropriately.
• Schedule patients as needed.
• Create new patient experience (office tour, gifting, etc)
• Check insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Travel to other locations as assigned.
• Clean and stock restrooms, coffee area, toothbrushing station, reception area, all other patientareas near the Front Desk, etc.
