Omnichannel Account Manager

We are seeking a self-motivated Omnichannel Account Manager dedicated to our small to mid-market clients. This role is critical to growing revenue, renewal, and otherwise creating long-term value for assigned accounts. The Account Manager provides account strategy guidance and is supported by a team to assist clients with day-to-day reactive support.

SALARY $70,000-80,000 base target incentive (75/25 Base to Commission Split)

LOCATION Must be located and authorized to work in the US: Denver, CO preferred

This role will either be hybrid or remote based on location and travel will be required

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Achieve revenue and retention goals for your book of business
• Forecast revenue goals for assigned accounts accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate within the Revenue team and cross-functionally to meet campaign objectives and business outcomes
• Create monthly and quarterly strategic plans for clients to increase campaign performance, upsell new opportunities to expand book and channel diversification to drive revenue growth 
• Conduct proactive regularly scheduled calls and in-person meetings to assess the health of the customer, conduct strategic account reviews, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and address challenges effectively keeping Choozle top of mind
• Advocate for client concerns and opportunities cross-departmentally in a collaborative, results-oriented fashion 

WHO YOU ARE

• 2 years in a client-facing, revenue-generating position (CSM, AM, Sales) preferred. Proven track record of consistently hitting revenue and retention goals
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal). You should enjoy being on the phone - not just emails!
• Effective time management,organizational, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience running and creating digital advertising strategies (The Trade Desk, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) Programmatic experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
• 20% travel expected to meet with clients within region
