HR specific job duties include, but not limited to:
- Assist HR Director with assessing team morale through Team Member Engagement Survey and communicate results to leadership team.
- Contribute to developing and overseeing the performance evaluation system of our team members and reporting results with the HR Director Team and recommendations on training and coaching needs.
- Review store and company policies to ensure we are up to date and clear on expectations.
- Assist in reviewing and ensuring that all onboarding documentation is accurate and filled out correctly.
- Help update employee records.
- Participate in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and hiring the best staff to provide a great experience for the guests.
- Assist HR director with recruitment and retention
- Participating in front of house and back of house operations
