The Role

As an Account Manager your main mission is to shape our strategy to cultivate strategic relationship with our clients and partners. You’ll work closely across functions with our risk, technology, and implementation teams to bolster our processes and practices to increase revenue and drive success of our programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive programs in support of 7-10 strategic partnerships, ensuring seamless administration, execution and follow- through.
• Establish goals for scaling partnerships and programs and provide updates and forecasts to leadership on revenue and profitability of programs.
• Evaluate new opportunities for strategic alliances.
• Coordinate across internal and external teams of experts to define and deliver on program milestones.
• Act as a liaison for inquiries and escalations and develop library of resource material to equip partners with knowledge and expertise.
• Stay current on industry best practices, competitive landscape, and product roadmaps.

Talents you’ll bring:

• Professional training in business-to-business sales
• 5 years of experience serving as a cross-functional program manager with client relationship management responsibilities.
• Data analysis and forecasting skills
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools
• Knowledge of payments industry and experience with systems and software implementations and migrations.
