We are looking to fill an Office Manager in OKC, Texas
We are looking for professionals that can thrive in a fast-paced Manufactured Home dealership, and will be responsible for all office management, finance documents, face to face customer service, billing/invoicing, scheduling contractors and more. Necessary industry specific training will be provided.
Business is Booming! Bi-lingual is a plus!

Skills:
This position is designed to assist in official documents, closings and gather all important documentation in order to close on homes.
• Prepare loan application documents based on applications
• Photocopy and scan documents into database
• Update the loan application with any missing data, i.e., lot number, address, plan type, incentive, delivery time, etc
• Communicate with the borrowers or processing as needed/requested by general manager and leadership
• Assist processors and closers in procuring loan documents from borrowers and other entities as needed/requested
• Maintain notes within origination computer system to ensure complete exchange of information regarding loan applications, loan status, conversations with customers, underwriting and lock-in information
• Occasionally provide initial set up of the file - i.e. order title, etc
• Strong detailed and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
