American Fence is Hiring an Office Manager Near Oklahoma, OK

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This person will also be a direct assistant to the GM.

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails as a back up to our receptionist.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Coordinate office events and assist with event planning
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Manage payroll processing and employee timekeeping
- Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and physically

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
- Familiarity with payroll systems is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
