Amini’s Galleria in Oklahoma City, OK. has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Manager. We are currently looking for someone who will help us continue to meet our customer acquisitions and revenue growth targets. This position involves directly overseeing Amini’s office and administrative needs. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge and experience with programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position also requires the ability to lead and direct the work of others, and experience coaching, advising and motivating sales representatives and other team members.
Requirements and Abilities:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and work independently. Accounting and computer skills required. Microsoft Office and Excel are used on a daily basis. IT knowledge, inventory control, and freight claim experience preferred. HR and retail experience preferred.
