- Pay of $17.00 -$19.00 / Hour Based on Experience!

Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company and primarily serve Apartment and Multi-Family properties. We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk! The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for collecting payments from a variety of sources, processing refunds, and supporting Accounts Receivable functions as needed/assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Open and sort mail.
- Scan incoming checks and batch for cash application process.
- Follows procedures for accurately and efficiently posting and reconciling checks.
- Create, reconcile and process bank deposits including scanning.
- Take credit card payments sent in by email or fax.
- Accurately post all forms of electronic payments including credit card, ACH and paymode payments.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Assist with AR functions as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Be able to work in high volume and fast paced environment.
Education Requirements
- Average computer literacy and experience are required for this position.
- Employee must show aptitude in learning new software programs, Great Plains and SalesPad.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
