TBG is currently in need of Temporary Case Managers for a Non-Profit organization located in Manhattan, NY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly vocational reports along with Medicaid Plan of Self Support documents.
• Formulate treatment plans in accordance with OASAS.
• Updated participant status in HRA database.
• Maintain an active vocational and employment data bank.
• Conduct vocational assessments to determine employment viability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $20/hr

Requirements:

• Must have good supervisory/leadership skills.
• Must have great communication skill, be reliable and hardworking.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• 2 Years of supervisory experience working with the substance abuse and homeless population.
