Plymouth Crossroads is Hiring a Case Manager Near Seneca, NY
Case Managers duties consist of: Utilizing solutions oriented strength based counseling techniques, instruct and reinforce the acquisition of Independence living skills. Case Managers role is to help develop a stable living environment based on the residents needs. Work with staff to assist with developing a functional adjustment based on the residents needs. Help develop a thorough and current knowledge of all community services resources available to the Plymouth Crossroads resident population.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Experience:
- Crisis management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Crisis intervention: 2 years (Preferred)
- Social work: 1 year (Preferred)
