The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing advanced HR-related duties. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training/onboarding, unemployment, performance management, workers compensation, onboarding, policy, and recruitment/employment.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• A minimum of 5 years of recent advanced Human Resources experience required.
• Experience working for a non-profit organization, public health sector or community mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience with Paycom highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse partners and audiences.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting critical deadlines.
• Ability to strategically think, analyze and problem solve effectively.
• Strong attention to detail is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
