Centennial Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a nursing home in West Philadelphia is looking for a HR/ Staffing Coordinator assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct interviews.
• Run background check
• License verification
• Ensure all new hire paperwork is up to date
• Conduct reference checks
• Keep track of open positions
• update interview spreadsheet
• Ensure all employees are in the clock
• Keep track of time off and call outs
• Assist with orientation
• Create schedules for new employees
• Follow up with candidates that have interviewed

Experience:

• 1 year of Staffing / HR experience in a nursing home setting
• Experience with time and attendance SBV preffered
