Centennial Healthcare and Rehabilitation in West Philadelphia is seeking a Part time -RN Supervisor 3-11 /11-7 to join their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitation services, skilled nursing and short/long-term care. We are seeking a RN Supervisor to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Now hiring: Part time RN supervisor 3-11 / 11-7
RN Qualifications:
- Active PA RN license.
- 2 years of previous experience in supervisory role in nursing home setting.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible.
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Provides directive and supportive consultation to facility nursing staff.
- Works with Director of Nursing Services to coordinate training.
- Educates and monitors activities.
- Works with facility for problem solving when needs arise in areas such as monitoring resident care delivery systems, recommending medication delivery systems and ordering schedules, training on use of forms and systems monitoring implementation of standards of care.
- Evaluates care plans and training.
- Trains and monitors all nursing policies and procedures.
- Works with facility committees on policies and procedures, program development and in-servicing
- Keeps current and is knowledgeable of new regulations, directives, and QA manual material in order to accurately relay and interpret the information.
*Rotating weekends required/on call*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

- Overnight shift
- Rotating weekends
