Position Overview:
We are looking for an outgoing individual to support our sales team and be the connecting face with our customers with updates on their shipping needs
Position Responsibilities:
Ability to multitask
Manage customer’s day to day operations
Prioritize appointment scheduling, tracking and tracing, and communication with dispatch
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and customer service updates are provided
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Assist in resolving any issues that come up in the normal operations of freight.
Ensuring final charges are sent to customer with supported documentation (ex: J1, POD, BOL)
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in transportation domestic and/or international intermodal freight
with a focus in trucking/asset
Demonstrated ability to efficiently solve transportation issues
Ownership mentality
Critical and analytical thinking skills
Strong organization and communication skills
Comfortable with fast-paced growth
Preferred Qualifications:
1 Year Experience with Customer Service, Account Manager, or Operations Representative (or similar experience)
2-4 years transportation or logistics experience domestic and/or international intermodal freight
Knowledge of intermodal modes of transportation
Professional attitude and team player
