Are you a motivated sales hunter who is looking to start their career with a world-class organization that is willing to teach you about all things sales? CCS Facility Services is seeking a driven and enthusiastic candidate who is ready to take their career to the next level! In this position, you will play a critical role in acquiring new business by soliciting prospects via phone, email, or on-site visits. You will learn and master the CCS Process & Service offerings through the BDM new hire onboarding process, and you will develop proficiency in identifying, qualifying, and closing target accounts within established CCS verticals. If youre ready to take on a role that will provide you with a prominent career path, we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage sending customized emails daily to achieve lead generation and appointment scheduling targets.
  • Engage with potential clients through phone or on-site visits to introduce CCS services and solutions.
  • Learn and utilize industry knowledge to explain CCS value proposition.
  • Actively promote and market our products through effective communication and outreach
Qualifications:
  • 1 plus years of sales experience preferred. Sales internship experience will also be considered.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Eagerness to gain knowledge about the Facilities Maintenance Industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and grow independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
