As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to residents/guests. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone who enters our doors.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organised front desk area
- Coordinate events and assist with project coordination as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer support or front desk operations is preferred
