Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hospitality management software is desirable
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
